 Speakers: Whitney Hill, FBMC Benefits Management

   Whitney Hill has over 15 years of experience in employee benefit management and account executive services including overseeing more than 45 TRS school districts for medical and voluntary benefits, and Section 125 administration. She has experience overseeing benefits in hospital systems and private business developing and monitoring self-funded and fully insured medical plans. Whitney is proficient in ACA compliance, plan documents, ERISA, and voluntary benefits. She devotes much of her time educating agents, employer groups, and employees on employee benefit packages and design. Her expertise lies in negotiating new and existing benefit plan structures, shopping and negotiating renewal rates for employer groups, resolving employee billing invoice issues, analyzing large group reporting and referral authorization processes, and resolving claims issues on medical bills.
