About Our Speaker
Anthony Williams, Sr.
Anthony graduated from McMurry University with his bachelor's 1993. He currently serves as the City Council Place 3 and the Mayor Pro Tempore. He currently works at Abilene Christian University as the Chief Business Services Officer.
Mr. Williams is heavily involved in the community serving as a Trustee at McMurry University, President of the Community in Schools program, an Executive Committee Member West Central Texas Council of Governments, and many many more.
As a community member and City Councilman some of Anthony's goals for Abilene include:
-To promote equality and opportunity for all the people in the community
-To bring people together and look at things from a holistic point of view.
