Every employee wants to care about their work. Everyone wants to feel as if their role and their responsibilities have a deeper purpose. Too often people are forced to focus on what their role is and what someone in their role does. Looking at a long list of continual tasks, functions, and responsibilities can take it's toll even on the most engaged employee. What if there was a way to help our team members find meaning and fulfillment in their work? How much more productive and profitable would your organization be if everyone felt like their work truly had purpose? In this talk you will learn the essential tools for bringing authenticity and meaning back to the workplace as well as effectively communicating with the people you interactive with on a daily basis. Learn the secret for moving beyond the surface level of someone's role and truly helping them find meaning and purpose in their work. If we provide our teams with meaning, they will find fulfillment.
