• Understand employee responses to new working conditions during pandemic
• Link new business operations to employee engagement
• Review why employee engagement is important
• List out who is responsible for employee engagement
• Outline what leaders and HR professionals can do to improve the employee experience and engagement

 Speakers: Staci Benavides, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA

 Staci Benavides has been in the HR profession for over 15 years with experience in many different industries such as healthcare, technology, retail, and manufacturing. She is currently the Owner of LoneStar HR, LLC, an HR consulting firm specializing in Employee Life-Cycle Management, Training, and Organizational Operations.

Staci has her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Hardin-Simmons University in Business Administration with emphasis in HR. She holds certifications for SHRM and HRCI. Staci is a member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Abilene and Day Nursery of Abilene. She is Past-President of Big Country Society of Human Resource chapter and District Director for Texas SHRM.

Staci is married to RJ, Director of IT for DatrooTechnologies and proud mom of 2 month old Robert David.
