EEOC Overview & Enforced Laws

This training will provide a general overview of the EEOC and associated enforced laws. It will discuss, define, and provide examples and case study analysis of discrimination and harassment in the workplace. It will cover respect in the workplace and discuss the development and implementation of crucial conversations to help establish and foster respectful work environments. In doing this, all are free to contribute in an atmosphere of support, success, and psychological safety so that discrimination and harassment do not develop. Finally, tips and best practices will be presented and discussed to offer tools to participants. Engagement scenarios will be presented which cover the topics addressed fostering interaction and discussion amongst audience participants. The session will conclude with a brief wrap-up on presented material and a Q&A session.
