...CANCELED...

 Topic: Crucial Confrontations and Conversations

Objectives: Everyone knows the importance of effective communication. Yet, sometimes communication is limited to simply the delivery of information. In today's workplace, effective communication requires a conversation that nurtures both substance and relationship. This presentation provides insight and concrete application steps to recognize the need for constructive confrontation, to initiate the conversation featuring a difficult conversation template, and to implement a plan of action.
