 Topic: Crucial Confrontations and Conversations

Objectives: Everyone knows the importance of effective communication. Yet, sometimes communication is limited to simply the delivery of information. In today's workplace, effective communication requires a conversation that nurtures both substance and relationship. This presentation provides insight and concrete application steps to recognize the need for constructive confrontation, to initiate the conversation featuring a difficult conversation template, and to implement a plan of action.

Speakers: Joey Cope, ACU Dallas Dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies

Joe L. “Joey” Cope is the Dean of the College of Graduate and Professional Studies at Abilene Christian University (Dallas campus).
