Sheila Gladstone heads up Lloyd Gosselink’s Employment Law Practice Group and has over 30 years' experience assisting employers with all aspects of employment law.  Sheila uses a direct approach and gives practical advice to help employers deal with personnel issues and employment regulations, so they can focus on their core mission or business.  For several years running, she was among the five percent of Texas attorneys selected for the Texas Super Lawyers list, which recognizes outstanding professional achievement, and was selected for inclusion in the 2020 and 2021 editions of The Best Lawyers in America©.

Sheila graduated with high honors from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987, where she was an editor of the Law Review.


Sarah is an employment attorney and Principal at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. who specializes in assisting employers with federal and state employment law compliance. Sarah prides herself on providing efficient and cost-effective representation rooted in an understanding of the business. Sarah also defends employers before governmental agencies like the EEOC and DOL and when they are sued in state or federal court.

Sarah was named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2019 through 2022 in the area of Employment Litigation: Defense and was named a Top Austin Attorney by Austin Monthly Magazine in Labor and Employment for the years 2020 through 2022. Additionally, Sarah enjoys getting involved with local HR groups and serves as Legal & Legislative director for Austin Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and as a Legal & Legislative co‑director for Texas SHRM state council.

Sarah has long believed that it is important to love your job, enjoy your colleagues, and give back to your community. To that end, she has served as President of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association, Chair of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Foundation, and is a member of the Robert W. Calvert Inn of Court.
